In just one sitting you might meet a US Special Forces NCO riding a runaway horse down a sheer mountain slope; a husband arguing with his deceased partner's ghost; a kidnapper discovering he's taken the wrong girl hostage; a Brooklyn roofing contractor rehearsing A Streetcar Named Desire in a New York subway car; a young British couple who's hobby of dressing in 1940's clothing has become a way of life that now imprisons them and everything they can think or do!

White Room Theatre have run an international ten-minute playwriting competition to uncover great new work and have staged a range of development events at UK's Brighton Fringe Festival -winning press acclaim, international engagement and a Brighton Festival Angel Award.
Up at the Edinburgh Festival, a shortlisting for the Carol Tambor 'Best of Edinburgh' premium theatre award in 2008, followed by the group's national UK TV debut on Sky Arts 'Theatre Live' programme in 2010. This was soon followed by a 5-star acclaimed show featuring actors with disability tackling issues of social inclusion and a co-production of a multi-award winning musical comedy – ‘Here Comes the Bride’.
White Room have developed multi-award winning theatre events since 2003 in the UK in Brighton, Edinburgh and the West End and internationally. Their touring programme includes in-school performances as well as youth workshops in acting and devising facilitated by the Bite-Size team – helping people take some play formats and adapt them with their own stories and scenarios - ready for their own Bite-Size show!
